Amazing staff always friendly and the theatre is always clean with comfortable recliners, but ti top it off the self serve popcorn and drink stations are amazingly convenient!

I constantly visit this location because it is always clean and the attendants are always friendly. The food is always fresh and the prices are reasonable especially if sign up for the rewards.

The customer service representatives at the theatre are informative, professional, patient with questions, and knowledgeable. They also demonstrate friendliness when greeting customers. The theatres are clean and sanitized. It is our favorite place to watch movies.

I always enjoy coming to Northwest. The only thing that I wish they had was a button to open the doors for wheelchair accessibility. Other than that love the place.

Clean theaters. I always go to the very first showing though. The entry doors are always clean. This is always a good sign when you enter an establishment that serves food. The employees are super friendly and courteous.

Customer service is excellent here. Ever since the remodel, I enjoy coming exclusively to the Northwest Theater. Been coming here for over 45 years.
