What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I used to attend midnight movies at this theatre in the late 1970s. I left San Antonio for a stint in the Army and have since returned.
There have been many newer theatres built in recent years. I found that Northwest has kept its theatre up to date with wonderful renovations!
I love the new relaxing seats with a built in cup holder.
I love that you have the self serve Coke stations too! This allows everyone to find a soda flavor they love.

Frequent northwest quite a bit. I just wish the button for wheel chair access worked for the entrance and the exit. It's the only thing that inconveniences me when I take my mom by myself.

Love the Rewards. I get free stuff all the time. Seats are comfortable. Inside climate is just right all the time. Just Love it!!!!

All the employees are pretty friendly and if you go to the first feature it is not crazy packed. But one big plus, is that all the theaters have recliners so there is no surprise if you get there and you don't have reclining seats.
