Your staff was very helpful in helping as we purchased tickets online for the incorrect theater. A full refund was initiated and we were able to purchase new tickets for the theater we were physically located. Kudos to your staff for coming to our rescue and helping us to continue our date night!

I like that Northwest Theater is small and that being retired now I can go during the day and practically have the place to myself. I do not like the large theaters like The Palladium at all. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The snacks are perfect. Keep up the good work

I always have a great time at Northwest. I’ve been going for years. It’s a theater of my childhood.

This past Thursday I went to see the Iron Claw.

I have medical issues which make walking difficult and carrying items is especially hard. I use a cane to walk when I have no one to assist me.

When I went to the movie, I asked the staff if they could help me take my popcorn and soda to my seat. They were more than happy to do so. They helped me walk to my seat and brought my items with me. They also told me if I needed further help to let them know.

After the movie, I flagged down another staff member who was going to clean the theater. She was more than happy to help take my items with me to the lobby and get me a popcorn refill to take home to my disabled sister.

I completely apologize for not remembering their names but to whoever was working on Thursday, January 11, 2024, thank you so much!!

Northwest is a great venue with great sound, comfortable chairs, and excellent customer service. I'm always happy with a clean bathroom. Moreover, I was able to watch the Houston Texans play the Colts in the bar while waiting for my food order.
