The east if purchasing tickets online. Refill stations for popcorn & drinks is the main reason we chose this location. No line lines to wait in and miss out on parts of a movie

Everything thing, from the moment I purchased my tickets online- the easiest thing to do.
To walking in - to a clean & Safe theater, I appreciate the armed officers in the lobby as well the Employees who ask to check my oversized bag. Lol.
The part where I go to order my popcorn & Drink combo & hear that I Now have enough “rewards for “Free” pretzel 🥨!!🫶🏽
To getting my Drink or slushy from a CLEAN SANITIZED station. To walking into Clean theater & finding my Pre- bought assigned Seats! To the Recliner comfortable chairs & best Surround Sound!
To seeing enough STAFF- to make sure bathrooms are always clean! When I’m leaving & lobby still very clean even with all the Foot traffic.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

From the young man checking in at the door to the young lady, Layla maybe? I’m awful with names, in the concessions, I felt welcomed and heard. The staff was friendly and professional. I enjoyed the reclining seats in the theater, and these were clean and not falling apart. I went to a movie at The Palladium and was shocked to find the seats torn, with holes, and the trays peeling and broken. The only change I might make were the carpets in the lobby and the restroom facilities - the hand dryers were too close to the wash basins and only one soap dispenser was working, so women had a hard time washing their hands and drying them.
