I was late to my original time showing and I called and ask could I watch the next showing and they were very happy to do so. The theater itself was very nice too.

We are recently retired educators and we go to the movies every single week. Northwest Theaters is our favorite Santikos place to go. We love the comfortable seating, the extraordinarily friendly staff, the awesome concessions menu, and the bonus points we earn on our Santikos Reward Card! Northwest Theaters also has the best prices and the latest movies. It’s also good to know how much Santikos helps out our San Antonio community. We wouldn’t go anywhere else to watch a movie!

Loved Northwest Theater since the 80s. Unfortunately hated the movie. But the staff is always so friendly & professional.
