The popcorn wasn’t quite as good as I remember, but still good. I enjoyed the seats a lot.

The ease of purchasing tickets. Great location to my home.
The self popcorn dispenser. However, the pretzel I bought was AWFUL. It was hard as a rock.

Took my elderly parents to Santikos at Embassy and had a great time. They really enjoyed it and I plan to begin taking them at least twice a month to this location.

when you're online ticketing service was not functioning properly I went to the lobby of Embassy theater to inquire about the difficulties. The young man I spoke to their was friendly helpful competent and gracious. He explained that the IT division was working to rectify the problem and he immediately issued to me the tickets I had been trying to purchase online.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I like Santikos for the snacks. You don’t water down popcorn butter. Your theaters are comfortable. Only thing is the employees aren’t as friendly and helpful as they used to be. They don’t look happy to be there anymore.

I've always enjoyed Santikos and believe they are the best theater chain in San Antonio! Things are always clean (in any location), the employees are friendly, and I appreciate earlier matinee times than other local theaters offer.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I am not happy with the showtimes of new movies. This is happening at the Embassy Theater. Older movies will have prime time showings 7pm to 7:45. While new movies are at 6pm to 6:45.

The Embassy 14 is my favorite theater to come to. I like the rewards, the seats, the cleanliness, the self serve drinks and popcorn, the senior discounts and the friendly employees!!
