The staff is always so helpful and friendly, and the facility is always so clean.
I like the ease of ordering tickets. I like the ability to fill your own popcorn/butter. I like the drink machines with so many choices. I like that the bathrooms have many stalls. I like the bar area. I like the comfy seats.

The theatre is really nice and beautiful on the inside. Staff is always really nice to me as well. Great beers on tap at bar (margarita tasted light on tequila but it was still good). Love the selection of food available.

Convenient, friendly and courteous employees. I buy my tickets online or at the kiosk easily. Food is good. Usually get a popcorn
And a drink. Pizza or nachos at times. All good. Best of all, knowing what I spent will go to charity is a PLUS!!!!
I love Santikos! It is my theater of choice anytime I go to the movies. They do a great job keeping their theaters clean and they make it their goal to provide great customer service. The popcorn is always fresh and the snacks they provide are always delicious. Can’t wait to go back to see another movie!

This theater is generally very clean, the staff are helpful and friendly. I am not crazy about the way popcorn is now being served out of the "vending" style fill up machines but other than that we always have good experiences.

We love Santikos. Embassy is pretty much the only theater we go to!!
A friend and I went to the Embassy Theater on Sat, 9/24, to see "Where the Crawdads Sing." I'm generally happy with everything associated with Santikos, especially their comfortable reclining seats. My friend and I always choose to sit in the back row in seats 10 and 9 (if available). Our show was being shown in Theater 10. Until Sat, 9/24, I didn't realize Theater 10 had no aisle by the seats on the left. We were in the back row, which was full; the only way we could go to the Ladies' room or the concession stand was to climb over the other individuals on row 10. I learned my lesson - I will make sure I know where the aisles are the next time I go to the theater!
I enjoy seeing shows at the Embassy, and will return to see another show within the next few weeks, but I will never again choose to sit in Theater 10 or any other theater which has only 1 aisle.
