Comfort, serve yourself popcorn

Parking is fantastic. I enjoy looking at the memorabilia and reminiscing those good ole movies. I enjoy the bar sometimes and the food is decent. Staff are always welcoming and acknowledge me when i walk up to the counter.

Mrs. Mary Ellen is the epitome of great customer service! A rarity in this day and I hope your company cherishes her as much as my wife and I do. We have been going regularly on Monday to get out today the house and it is so nice to see and converse with her. Her kindness, genuine interest in our needs and her professional demeanor are the gold standard for which we compare others to. Hands down, she is your best asset at the Embassy Theater! I've been coming to Santikos Embassy for 16 years now. It's incredibly clean, the staff is attentive and friendly.. hands down the best theater in San Antonio!

Always love the great customer service. Love the reclinable seats. Great job!!! Can't wait to make to go see a movie. Great place to relax.

The ticket agents are always so polite. I love the intimate setting. But the one HUGE improvement that could bring it’s high class look back to par would be — a much cleaner POPCORN Station. A lot of the time the popcorn spills out to the floor and absolutely looks unclean and unkept. Especially since it’s very visible right next to counter.

This visit was first time to see the self- serve popcorn area and it was a bit of a greasy, gross mess - definitely needed someone's attention to wipe it down.

We have been going to Santikos theaters since they opened. When Mr. Santikos was alive we enjoyed meeting him at different theaters because he and joyed what he was doing and love talking to his customers since his death business has continued to serve the community just as he wished.

I love the whole thing. Ease of buying my tickets to the most comfortable seats around. I love the popcorn machine so i can layer my butter myself. Only thing that would make it better would be to have the butter dispenser work on the popcorn machine. Embassy theater is the best around.

I like that Santikos supports the community. And I enjoy have spacious and comfortable seating in the movie auditoriums.

We love that the concessions are streamlined, quick, and easy. The self-serve popcorn is great so we can add butter and salt anytime during the filling process. The kiosk for hot food is great too so no waiting around. We’ve visited other non-Santikos theaters and waited in line for over 40 min for concessions! Looking forward to trying a drink at the bar too! Overall, nice and simple!

I love that Santikos gives back to our community, I love the app, it makes getting tickets a snap.
