the recliners are great

Employees were friendly and knowledgeable. Finally and employee taught me where the “forgot password” was. The chair that I sat in needs a little maintenance.

It was great! The ease of reserving our seats, the check-in, and best of all the concessions.
The menu food was really really tasty, and convenient to have delivered. The bar was a wonderful treat, and even the seating area in the lobby was really well done.
The theater itself was clean, comfortable and well worth every penny.

I've been going to this theater for a couple years and my husband left his phone in the theater for the last showing of the night. Went back in the morning before opening and an employee stole it. Very disappointing that they do not have employees that can turn in lost items. Especially when it's something of value. I want a refund.

We love the atmosphere at the theater we attend. We like that the drinks & popcorn are self-serve. We like the recliner seating & we attend a movie almost every Monday for Military Monday.

The Santikos theatres are clean after every feature film and maintained throughout the day.

Embassy has everything we need. Great theatre auditoriums, clean throughout, love there self serve popcorn (wish all locations offered this), wonderful staff. Now all we need is better ticket prices; I know prices have gone and keep going up everywhere, so this is just a dream comment.
