What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I feel like I am an advocate for Santikos. I am always recommending Santikos to family, friends. The theaters are 2nd to none, especially after visiting others in San Antonio. My wife and I love the movies, so we get gift cards a lot but never from Santikos and it pains us! We're thankful for the gifts, however, I do mention to please give us something from Santikos!

Kiosk are easy to use. Popcorn machine is great. Recliner seats are always great. But think it’s time to replace some of them

Very comfortable seats. Loved the re-model - very classy, self-serve popcorn and soda. Friendly and helpful staff. Only complaint is that paying by cash is not an option.

I love Santikos is always amazing unfortunately my seat on embassy theater 3 seat F2. Yesterday at 7:00pm my seat Was not working.

I’m an amputee in a wheelchair and so I purchase in the handicap row. I guess it gets kinda confusing when purchasing tickets for myself and any companions.
Since I love your reclining chairs, so I transfer into a seat and my brother sits next to me. It hasn’t really been an issue since not too many of those seats are purchased, BUT my brother and I still get filled with anxiety when getting seats because we don’t know if I’m getting a recliner or just purchased an empty spot for my wheelchair. Is there anyway to tweak the information and graphics for those seats?
