Online purchasing, drinks at the bar, picking my seats ahead of time and the rewards program. Also like that Santikos supports charitable organizations.

The staff is always kind and courteous and getting tickets at the kiosk is fast and easy. The theater seating is always comfortable and stuff are always quick to clean up after the end of the movie.

Everything was amazing, special shout out to Elijah who assisted us at Concessions. He was very engaged and made sure we had everything we need to enjoy the movie. Huge props to the kitchen staff as well, the food was on point and the presentation was to perfection 🙂

I've never had a bad experience at a Santikos theater. I just wish Bijou was still around. I miss the in theater service, but Embassy does have the 'Bijou collection' and it's an ok substitute.

I contacted the facility to make them aware of an issue. They responded promptly and professionally. They also did everything they could to keep me as a customer. I was especially impressed with Christopher Martinez.

Customer service always excellent and theater always clean. And you can earn points to use later for movie tickets and food!! I like how Santikos gives back to the community through food drives and the coats donations!!

The experience of giving feedback was great. A representative reached out and offered resolution and indicated the review was being taken serious and that the theatre was addressing the concerns. Santikos will be our theatre for the future.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Even though my recliner chair was messed up (embassy 14 auditorium 10, seat E5 or E6…it was like it was a little broken cuz it had a weird little uncomfortable slant to it) - Santikos has been my theater of choice for the overall.

I would like y’all to have more menu options and raise quality a bit to challenge Alamo Drafthouse food wise…

But for me….Santikos is my overall top choice.
