I have enjoyed attending the Embassy Theater for years now. We like to attend the matinee on Saturday afternoons during the Extravaganza discount time 4-6pm. All employees are alway very courteous and professional.

Ability to reserve seats when we know we may be running late. Theaters seem to be better temperature controlled as we have not frozen the last few times.

We like the atmosphere, the cleanliness, the stations where you get your drinks and other snacks is always readily available and not full of customers, the theaters are always nice and clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. My wife and I enjoy going to this theater more even though it's further away than the Mayan which is the closest theater to our house. Keep up the good work, Embassy Theater.

There was a blackout during the movie. The staff did everything possible to notify and keep customers calm during the outage.

The service and quality of the food is very good. The service at the bar is amazing. All the entire place including the restrooms always clean. Love santikos!!!!
