The staff (manager, ticket taker, ticket seller, food service) is always friendly and eager to help. What was bad---the water from the dispenser tasted disgusting! Also, everyone complains about the assigned seats.

I love the reserve seating I can determine If I want to attend a showing or wait for the next viewing if a good seat isn't available. I also can purchase seats in advance to watch new realeases that are going to be very crowded or sold out

THEATRES ARE ALWAYS WELL ATTENDED BY TRAINED EMPLOYEES... AND ARE ALWAYS CLEAN.
THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE IS THAT I HAVE LOST MY REWARDS CARD. THEY HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO REPLACE IT.

My Wife and I only visit Embassy. Ample parking with very clean facilities. staff is always helpful friendly and polite.

Must say what I did not like. For the last 3 Fathom events at the Embassy, the aspect ratio has been incorrect. In each case, I spoke with the manager, saying that people looked like trolls. Last night, after watching Fille du Regiment, the manager said "they checked it out and everything was OK." It's NOT OK. The Fathom intro: Bubbles are round, not horizontally oval. The earth is round, not oval. When people are on their side, their faces should not go from fat to thin. At "Midsummer Night's Dream," the parents and family of the woman playing Titania were in the audience, wondering why their daughter looked that way. In addition, theater professors were present. One comment: "When you pay $20 to see a Fathom event, you expect the theater to got it right." PLEASE get this fixed by next Wednesday's Met performance!
