Assigned seating
There was plenty of room in the theater and did not feel crouded.
The new menu and bar
It was fairly empty for an opening weekend. Lots of showtimes I assume.
I can pick my own seat, thats a sell for me.
It's like your neighborhood cinema.

The service I recieved was great. The concession provided me with popcorn from the popper without me asking for it. I forgot my santikos member card and she didn't hesitate to look me up. She had a pretty face, friendly tone and great smile.
Very relaxing and ejoyable. Staff very courteous and helpful. Favotu is cleAn
We like the discounts, we like the reserved seating, and we like the easy way to earn Rewards.
Bijou shows independent films that thinking adults love to see. Embassy hand dryers are messy and require 30 seconds to dry, causing backup in crowded restroom.
It's our favorite theatre, always enjoy watching a movie there
Clean theaters, restrooms and main "reception" area! Variety of snacks and hot foods. We don't drink, but there's a nice looking bar area. Friendly staff. Great rewards program.
The quick service at concession.
Friendly staff and clean restrooms
I enjoy the intimacy of the smaller theater. Staff is friendly and helpful.
The theaters offer a variety of offerings to different age groups, interests, times of day, with lowered costs at low-attendance periods. Well thought-out business practices. Clean restrooms. Polite employees from the box office to the food/snacks to clean-up crews. Being able to get seats reserved in advance is good in most cases (unless attending is a last-minute decision). The popcorn is always fresh. Free refills on popcorn and drinks is wonderful (for the pocketbook, but NOT FOR THE DIET!!!!)
The Santikos family were not only great business people, but so very kind and considerate in offering events that must have meant a loss of income, such as the Opera series. We were there for Aida on Wednesday at the Embassy, and it was depressing to see how few people were there. Even at $20 a ticket it was more than worth it (going to "live" opera is usually between 40 and 100 for a decent seat and doesn't include parking, going "casual," seeing upcoming trailers, etc. So it is obvious this was a gate-loss for the Santikos. Those of us who went I'm sure recognize the sacrifice you made. Maybe more advertising would help; but probably not.
We also like the Bijou for the foreign and other special films, and it's nice to be able to eat while viewing. Palladium is elegant, and the gelato delicious. Almost like a two-hour vacation in Athens or Rome.
I have not been to Embassy on Bitters in quite a while and what a wonderful surprise. The theater and seats were so incredibly clean. The concession stand was well staffed and a good variety of food and beverage was offered. I was amazed!!
