even though I did not find seats for the extravaganza showtimes, I know the option to save is there. Most location are clean. However, the Drink Station needs more care. There are spills, supplies are low especially when it's busy and it looks dirty.

From the friendly greeting at the entrance, fresh popcorn and continued value with the matinee prices. MOST OF ALL I LOVE, APPRECIATE, THE ABILITY TO RESERVE SEATS!! NO MORE PALLADIUM!

Seats and food choices. I think having to choose your seat at the box office for a movie theater is ridiculous. Especially when the movie will not be anywhere close to full (currently there are less than 12 people in the theater). It wasted time at the box office and was totally unprepared to have to do this. This policy needs to be reexamined.

The staff is so friendly, the theater is always clean as are the bathrooms.
I don't know the names of the ladies at the ticket booth and the concession stand but they are the best part of our movie going experience.
They are so very friendly and nice. The Embassy is our favorite theater although we do go to the Bijou when the movies are only showing there. It would be nice if you showed this type of movies at the Embassy.
