The staff is so nice but I find it ridiculous that yall do not provide water cups. Someone pay 9-10 dollars for popcorn, but we cannot receive a cup for water.
Santikos is consistently a place of enjoyment in going to the movies. Love the self serve beverages and popcorn. The restrooms and facilities are usually kept clean and orderly. The recliner seats are wonderful, some can be a bit broken down or uneven to sit in. I wish there was still a cash option as we prefer to pay that way.
I really like the embassy theater. Great staff and usually very clean.

My seat in E13 Theater 2, was pretty rickety. And the lady next to me, I guess seat 14, really needed some WD40.

I enjoy that the theater (Embassy) is small and intimate. It never feels crowded. I also enjoy the deals and rewards. I love supporting local as well.

New Seats are exceptional. Seats were recently replaced at the AMC, but Santikos are far more comfortable and luxurious.Excellent experience.
I love Santikos . I do a minimum of 2 movies a week. I wish you would show " Hindu movies" . Dhurandhar(revenge)made over 22 million . I have to go Regal to huebner oaks to see these movies- they are 3- 4 hrs long with lots of action and dancing- well worth it!!! I can't wait for Dhurandhar 3 to come out. As always your "food" is much better than regal cinema and theaters are nicer. Great service and friendly people. LOVE you guys ❤️ 😍

I liked the ease of getting tickets at the mobile app, kiosk & at the counter. Everyone is very friendly & really listen to my needs. They always ask if I have rewards that I can use. Very friendly & active to customer needs.

I wish that Santikos would give better discounts to seniors and veterans. Most seniors are on a fix retirement fund while inflation continues to go up and veterans deserve it because they volunteer to protect us.
The whole experience was wonderful. Some of the best and freshest popcorn we’ve had at a theater, especially from a self-serve machine. Loved the beverage options on the Coke machine too. Theater was clean, restroom was tidy, and the temp in the theater was perfect. Also, thanks for not showing 30 minutes of previews before the film. It was a reasonable amount.

I like buttering my own popcorn and that you carry Coca Cola products. I like how spaced apart the recliner chairs are.
