I like how well you keep your Theater clean, your staff can be just a little more friendly, and keep your theater rooms a little more cooler, Just because it helps to keep germs from spreading, that's what hospitals do. I've been using Santikos since I was a kid, and will continue to keep using Santikos. Thank you for your providing great movies at your great Santikos Theatre.

Guest services were amazing. Quick, efficient and genuinely seemed to want to help me, in which they did. Love this theater! Restrooms were also nice and clean, which is another must for me. Hate dirty, smelly restrooms

The theater was nice, as we exited to he movie there was live jazz upstairs at the bar so we stayed for drinks and a pizza. Pizza was soso but ambiance was great.

I do not like the fact that Santikos has teamed up with Fandango for people to have to use them to purchase their tickets on line. I will not be using this system anymore. If I cannot get a ticket in advance on-line or any other way I will not use your Theaters. I'm sorry. It was just fine yesterday when I was able to use the Santikos on-line to get my ticket.

Comfortable seating- easy access to the theaters and outstanding projection system.
However, terribly disappointed with reward system. I shouldn't need to carry a card with me. I'd really like to use your app that I've downloaded to scan for rewards and points. Also, why am I being charged to buy tickets through my app? You should offer that as a bonus- after all, you're saving on manpower at the box office.

Great atmosphere, & clean. I was VERY DISSAPOINTED with the food. I ordered a chicken club, the bacon wasn't cooked completely, the cheese wasnt melted, the buns were cold & stale, & the chicken was half the size of the bun. I have had that sandwich before & was satisfied. I would not recomend the cafe to anyone.
