Clean theaters, restrooms clean, friendly employees.
I like the early morning (7:40am) IMAX showing of Star Wars. I had previously gone to the Hunger Games Mockingjay Part 2 for an early morning showing too. I like these additional showing of IMAX movies early on the weekend for blockbuster movies. It gives a great option to moviegoers who are used to waking up that early for work. Keep up the great work.
Also I had seen some people with Santikos bags, where am I able to get a promotional bag of Santikos?

Great seats, the quality of the sound and picture is outstanding. The access to the bar from the theater is so convenient.
The seats are comfortable in the IMAX and there is plenty room to walk in front of a person sitting.

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT...EXCEPT THE VALET PARKING...THEY WERE SLOW, VERY, VERY RUDE, PLAYED LIKE THEY COULD NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH...COULD NOT FIND THE CAR FOR A LONG TIME AND COULD CARE LESS !!!....I WAS ONCE A FRIEND OF THE LATE JOHN SANTIKOS...THANKS A MILLION FOR YOUR TIME AND CONCERN....MERRY CHRISTMAS
It's a fun place to watch a movie. You can have a drink or some food before or during the movie which is nice. I like the reserved seating option too.

Going to Santikos Palladium IMAX is always great because the theater is always clean, the crew is very friendly, and IMAX is just awesome. I watched the Star Wars The Force Awakens in IMAX and I enjoyed every minute of it.
We saw the Star Wars marathon and it was awesome. There was an hour or more delay and we were given a pass. That was nice but for an hour delay after 16 hours I think it should have been two passes or a movie and a drink. Some thing more substantial for such a long delay.
Just a great theater. One thing I don't like is how much area is now dedicated to valet parking. We drove around and ended out having to walk from bass pro shop and there were 40 spaces open in valet at least. The actual theater is awesome though. Don't try to bleed money out of everything though.
The facility is nice, and the service in generally good. Can't wait for them to get the newer laser based IMAX projectors though

Wall to wall 4k screen was pretty cool, security was a nice touch given how many people were there. If anyone actually reads this please let me know if my phone was discovered in theater 10 after the delayed 12:50AM showing of forceawakens. Please send me an email to let me know whether or not my phone was found.

The staff is always friendly. My favorite theater is Bijou where I go often enough that the staff greets me by name. I can order pizza and wine. What's not to like?
