we love the fact that you can reserve your seats, and love being able to grab a glass of wine before we head into the theater. Our experience at the customer service desk on our last visit was great. the representative was very friendly and helpful. we have left our rewards card at home and also had not seen the email for the free ticket for my husband's birthday. we were actually there on his birthday and they saw we had that reward in our account so he got an extra present that day! So nice of Santikos to do that!

I thoroughly enjoyed the experience of walking around the theater enjoying the atmosphere before the movie started.I also was amazed by the gigantic screen and amazing sound offered by IMAX.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Palladium is always our first choice. However this last time , Santikos feel short. We bought tickets (@ 12noon) to a 1:40pm showing on Tue. It was the first showing. It wasn't until I went to the manager desk to tell them at 1:50pm did they find out that the movie / previews was not on. After waiting 30min we were all told in the theater that the movie reel was broken. We did get refunds, but it's very frustrating that this was not checked first thing before opening (@ 11:30am) that all theaters are up and running. Had they been checked a lot of frustration could have been avoided. The movie we were trying to see was "Concussion". We were told that each movie is asigned a theater and there was no way for us to see it in any other theater or time. My 12 yr old daughter has suffered from a concussion within the last two weeks and thought this would be very educational for us all. Palladium was one of very few still showing this movie. After making the drive from Lackland AFB , we were not able to stay and see a diff movie or go to another theater. Usually extremely happy with Palladium. Disappointed that someone dropped the ball this time.

Palladium location in San Antonio has everything you need in one location. My son loves the game room and I love the food & drinks. The environment is kid friendly. I love the jazz during the summer months, I will come back.

It was great as usual, love going to this theatre WHY??? BECAUSE EVERYONE WORKING THERE ARE CARRYING EMPLOYEES, they always go over board to help anyone in need. I highly recommend this place. The popcorn is always fresh and delicious. The drinks are easy to get to, and what I love about it is that they have a variety of choices to pick for your children or like in my case for my grandchildren lol.
Very clean theatre Anna the seats as do comfy. YUP I LOVE GOING TO THIS PALLADIUM IMAX👄 THEATRE. I LOVE THE ONE AT THE RIM, IT'S MY 1ST CHOICE!!! Irma💝

I sat in theater eight and my husband and I loved the comfortable chairs and how spacious it was. We love being able to choose our seats before we get to the theater. The wonderful array of food and drink available on site is also amazing.

Clean and friendly.

However I do recommend that you start a policy f not propping your feet on the seat in front so that their shoes go over the seat. That is disrespectful and dirty.

I have never seen an associate come in and ask someone to put their feet down. Maybe you should start.
