What did you like about your Santikos experience?

The cashier at the entrance was very thorough that both myself and son noticed at the same time and made a comment to each other on how thorough and nice he was. I looked around for a manager to let them know how happy we were with the service, but was unable to find one prior to our movie.

The staff and Managers on duty have been helpful and readily resolved all difficulties that we have had, such as mishaps with our electronic reservations, and retrieval of personal items accidentally left in the theater. The theaters themselves are comfortable, clean, and well kept.

The screens and sound are amazing, IMAX is fantastic. I also love that you can get your own drink and also the theater is always very clean and everyone is very nice. One of the best theaters in San Antonio.
