Some of your soda machines are empty but there are others that can be used in the same area. If not for that, I would rate you a 10.

Though I did not see a movie in the IMAX theater, I enjoy going to the Palladium. It is an attractive and clean theater.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I went there to prepurchase tickets for the upcoming Star Wars 3d Imax. I have never been to an Imax movie and didn't even know how to begin to pick what would be a good place to choose a seat which is why purchasing online want an option. Anyhow, the associate that helped me spent quite a bit of time devoted solely to me in explanations, suggestions and accommodating. She went above and beyond for me which I am so grateful for. And will definitely encourage me to go out of my waybdistance wise to come back. (Not our theater cause of where its located).

we like being able to reserve the seats so we don't have to get there as early. The sound system is great.

The Paladium is always our first choice because it is near our home. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the theatre always clean. What I really want to thank you for is the special events you show. Tonight we saw the Kenneth Branagh Theatre Company's Winter's Tale. It was glorious and we feel so fortunate to have the opportunity to see it. Not easy to get to London to see a play. We also enjoy the National Theatre Live productions. Thanks and Thanks and ever Thanks. Can't wait till the next one.

Cleanliness, great customer service. I did see thee double feature of Mockingjay and paid $30 a ticket was surprised y'all didn't give it more hype. Was thankful for the intermission just enough time to order food and snag a drink.
