What did you like about your Santikos experience?

We have been going to Santikos Palladium IMAX theater for over 6 years. We love the layout, the variety of refreshments (more than just popcorn, candy and soda). The employees are always friendly and polite. We really like the reserve seating program which allows us to buy tickets and not have to get there 1 hour before to try and get a good seat. The upgraded reward program is a great value and gives credit for all purchases (tickets, refreshments, etc.) and their is no daily limit (as before) allowing us to make a day of it and see a couple movies, eat dinner, and have refreshments for the showing. We truly LOVE this theater and recommend it to all our friends and business partners.

I like that Santikos provides the latest technology. But recently went to see P and the screen size was smaller because of additional screens on the side. I how that is figured out quick.
