Plenty of helpful theatre staff - Guest relations was very helpful on downloading ht APP and getting rewards. The IMAX experience is pretty awesome except for the occasional flicker (During The Walk).

You might want to have concessions staff ask if we have signed up for rewards as I have been missing out for awhile now.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

The theaters are totally up to date with the latest technology and many amenities other theaters do not have! The personnel are very helpful and polite. The latest movies a shown in a timely manner. The sound system is definitely superior to other theaters in the Boerne/San Antonio area!

great theater and movie selections - but the new "barcode" screens are horrible, and I won't be watching any more movies in them.

It was a great feeling watching "Everest". My suggestion is that ther 3-D glasses be certified "sanitary" . I carry Clorox Wipes to clean glasses if not enclosed as santized-I want a guarentee.
