Enjoyed the movie and theatre however the reserved seat stuff for a matinee is crazy. I don't like it. I many times am meeting 8 to 10 friends at the movie and we arrive at different times and get together in the theatre. Assigning seats makes it confusing and difficult. Please stop it.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I love your theater! I love everything about it! To the elevated and reclining seats! Other theaters have the elevated seats but the ones at the Palladium are far more comfortable. My husband and I have no problems driving out of our way just so we can go to the Palladium. We live in the Downtown area and it's a quite a drive for us. I love the loyalty program!

the theater is the cleanest I've seen in the city! The employees tend to look little sad sometimes but what is there to do about that... Make them smile?

It's a pleasant environment. The staff is friendly and work to keep the theater clean. I like to go for my own drink refills at my convenience. I love the announcement to turn off all electronic devices before the movie begins.

It is a clean facility. The theater seats are comfortable. The game room is a fun place. I like the band playing in the lounge area too. Santikos offers a wide selection of movies to see.

I like that you can get food, drinks, and watch a movie. I also like that you can reserve seats during peak times. It takes the stress out of worrying about whether or not there will be enough seats or good seats.
