What did you like about your Santikos experience?

We have taken advantage of virtually every offering in the Palladium. From eating in the cafe, using the game room, the upstairs bar, ane we even loved the now missing ice cream bar that used to be in the lobby center, and of course the concession stand. The Palladium is by FAR our favorite movie theater in the city.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Clean and comfortable theaters with friendly staff and an overall inviting environment. This is, in the opinion of my wife and myself, the best place in San Antonio to go see a movie. You can't beat the IMAX experience!

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Stopped by to pick up your delicious popcorn and pickles. I was pleased with the safety precautions for covid-19, but unfortunately, the popcorn quality was not what I expected or am used to. I do understand that it is probably not being made throughout the day as usual. I will be back for more!

I love the friendly staff, good food, great customer service, appreciate that staff are regularly getting COVID-19 testing, and like the consistent messages/expectations with social distancing!

I was slightly concerned of attending the theater due to the pandemic, but I couldn’t have had a better experience, I was super comfortable and impressed with the measures taken for social distancing. My showtime was high-priced since it was an IMAX movie, and I personally wouldn’t mind paying a more expensive ticket to accommodate for social distancing, you really knocked it out of the park

Clean, friendly staff, comfortable seating. Variety of different theater options (my personal favorite is VIP over 18 only, my husband and I like this option for date night) comfortable seats, waiters to bring us snacks and drinks.
