The theatre was very clean. I felt safe and they went above and beyond the health recommendations.
The theater is so clean! I love that there is spacing between parties and enjoy that it’s empty. However, if the movies get back to full seats, I would probably stop coming. I think just 2 seats space worth is too close to be in an area with no open air for a duration of a movie.
But I have been going back the the movies more frequently and love how clean it is.

It was all good. The lines were very short for the service counter and the snack counter. And the seating was very convenient and easy to book. It was also nice not having a stranger sitting right next to you. We will continue to go to the movies at Santikos!
Ease of getting my tickets on line and checking in at the theater. Concessions was quick and easy. I enjoyed the recliner seats and the theater was nice and clean. I appreciate the work Santikos has done to keep me safe during my visit.
I liked the private theater experience.....if you have a limit of 20 people, just have extra guests just buy a ticket for any movie and walk into your theater. No one will check the amount of people.

The theater is very clean and I feel safe while I'm there. The employees do a great job keeping a safe distance and they clean the seats really well before the next customers sit in them.

My partner in crime an elderly lady named Sue have been coming to Santikos for years and have always enjoyed the kind, courteous service, the clean restrooms and theaters and the fantastic good tasting pop-corn, chicken strips, pizza and other foods/drinks.
If you had a "Lifetime Member" club we would definitely qualify as we see at least 4 movies in a month.
Good but wish they would accept cash.
Very comfortable seating
This is the first time we have been to a movie in almost a year because of covid. I was hesitant to go, but actually felt very safe. Seats were far apart, few people there and everything seemed very clean.

Overall we felt it safe enough to visit & enjoyed the show.
Seat spacing was nicely done. The only recommendation I have is to offer sanitizing wipes and the entrance of the theater for movie goers to wipe down the seats once again.
Renting the theater was such a fun way for our family to enjoy the movies!

First - I love Santikos and loved going to the movies again. I was very disappointed in the reservation fee you now charge! If I'm a member of the Santikos frequent member club (whatever you call that) - why are you charging me a reservation fee?? UGH!
Comfortable seats, great loyalty program, and has a lot of other great entertainment opportunities (i.e. arcade games, bar, etc.).
