I received great customer service. I accidentally purchased tickets for the wrong date and showed up on the wrong date and they were still able to accommodate my family and I.

I like that they are open during the pandemic. It s clean and very welcoming. The food could be better. The rewards for being a member should be upgraded as well.

Its a relaxing place to come and enjoy a fairly good movie the sound system is great the chairs are comfortable and the sitting arrangement is great with this covid 19 issue going on I or we greatly appreciate the great job Santikos is doing for us we will keep coming back when a good movie comes and its worth going to see ata a theater when that happens it will be with the Santikos Palladium

i only had one complaint. the guy sitting in the chair didnt say a word to me and points to the left. i said what do you want me to do. he said right here and pointed to a poster. i said what do you want, and he just pointed at the poster. so i said no. then he said the theater is over there.
he might need to talk to the customers a little bit more
