Very clean theatre, heat very safe. Always friendly service. Thrilled to get back to the movies, one of our favorite things.

I felt safe with all the precautions in place. There were only 3 other couples in our theatre plus us.

I am so happy to see how well Santikos employees are taking preventive measures and cleaning thoroughly. I was happy to see the social distancing but do recommend opening the seats to groups of 3 or 4 also.

If I were to take my boyfriend and son and in order to obey the rules one of them would need to sit two seats from me with a potential stranger. No thank you.

This was my family’s first time in a theater setting since the pandemic started. From the booking experience, I was at ease knowing that social distancing measures were put in place. Upon arrival it was easy to get in the theater, order snacks and enjoy the showing. All the safety measures put in place were very comforting .

Nice, clean, spacious auditoriums. Comfortable temperture. Popcorn was fresh and staff were friendly. Plenty of parking. Clean bathrooms.

I felt safe and sound. Socially distanced with hand sanitizer available. And at least right now...not many folks at the movies but me!

Palladium is the best movie theater in San Antonio. TX (all of Santikos movie theaters)
All their employees always, always willing to help. During this pandemic it is one of the few places my mother and I go... taking care of it's employees and clients it's a priority.
