It’s a beautiful place. It’s clean, up-to-date sitting and picture (unlike the overpriced theater at the The Quarry in San Antonio, Texas; a place that seems to never change because the owner is greedy and knows people will go to that high-end shopping center (The Quarry, San Antonio, Texas). That theater [the Queer] does not take into consideration the most important thing - the customer. Similar to how cable networks work, with consist Service interruption in service maintenance going unheard they give you absurd appointment windows, the IMAX Palladium

Everyone is friendly and helpful. I like that families are spaced out, social distanced. All Santikos do awesome! Thank you for testing your employees weekly, it makes me feel even safer. My family appreciates being able to enjoy our movie experience.

I know it’s not good for your business model but my wife and I love the fact that there is not that many people in the theater
Popcorn seems stale at times but love the refills. The theaters are clean and well maintained and employees are very friendly
we love the movies and would go every week if we could afford it..
