What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Love the whole experience. Love the games... wish they were all open though. My little ones really look forward to playing before movies. Needs some replenishment of items in prize machines. They also need to be rotated so not picked clean. Seats are so comfortable. Also love the rotation of old movies. So much fun to see the movies you grew up watching on the big screen. Just took the family to see Beetlejuice... everyone had a blast!!

The theater was almost perfect. Theater was clean, appeared "sanitized", had great "social distancing". Popcorn was fresh, staff was friendly, & picture on screen was great! Best of all...Santikos is at least trying to keep showing great shows, in spite of Hollywood continually postponing & delaying new releases. Thanks for being good & responsible neighbors.

I enjoyed everything. The staff was great, the theatre was very clean. I like the safety measures implemented because of Covid 19 to keep theater goers safe. The Concessions were also great. I love going to The Palladium theater.

Despite the required social distancing protocol set in place it was a welcoming and familiar environment. Unlike other places where the changes make it difficult to enjoy any activity.

I took my granddaughter to watch Henchmen and we really enjoyed the experience even though we were the only ones there. The popcorn was stale though. I understood why they weren't making it fresh since no one else was there.

I absolutely love Santikos because when I think of what the standard of customer service is, Santikos sets it. Me and my girlfriend use to go almost every weekend until Covid hit and it shut down. We went this past weekend and absolutely loved it and the only thing missing is that we can't get the VIP anymore, but understand why. I willl always be a loyal customer.
