It’s clean
Employees are friendly, helpful, and seem to love working at the Palladium. Employees follow guidelines for opening and protecting patrons. All the high contact areas I saw were clean; this includes surfaces for ticket sales, the concession stand, restrooms, and arcade (gloves are provided for patrons in the arcade). Physical/social distancing is practiced and employees were ready to immediately prepare auditoria for the next patrons.

Clean theater worthy of its affluent location, and no pushback given to me for having a bag, which I have to carry currently due to relying on bus system. As for the IMAX experience, it delivered as always at this location.

I love going to santikos all the time. Good customer service. Just wish they had more variety in movies. Like playing old classic movies or movies that we’re box office hits from different years. I would go every week. Since covid has slowed down production in movies, they should really bring back older movies to show. An example was i went to go see dark night, the dark night rises, pulp fiction and private ryan. If they would bring more movies in like that. I would go every week and i bet many others would too.

Wow! I’ve been to many Santikos locations, but never the Palladium. What a beautiful and clean place!!!! I was equally as excited as my 5 year old to see a movie in the theater again. The Palladium did not disappoint. Keep up the amazing work, Santikos.

If facility appeared to be very clean and health-conscious. My drink at the bar was delicious and the bartender was very friendly. The movie theater was very clean. Health guidelines were being followed very well. It was my first time to go to a movie since February 2020. It was a great experience and I felt safe. Thank you for all you do for our community and for providing a lovely place for entertainment.

Everything, I've always enjoyed my experience at Santikos theaters.
The employees were so very friendly and helpful. The internet has gone out, so concessions were not available, but everyone went above and beyond to make our time enjoyable. The theatre was clean - it smelled sanitized, in a GOOD way. We were far enough from other patrons to feel comfortable and safe. I shared our experience with our neighbors and encouraged them to be patrons, as well.
