I like the variety of classes offered. It is easy to find a class tthat is convenient to meet anyone's tIme constraints and needs. The trainers are knowledge of Pilates practices and modify excercises for each participant as needed.
All of your teachers are top notch, knowledgeable and caring. The classes offered are varied. Even better, the classes themselves are also varied so there is always a new challenge and something new to learn. Never boring, never rote. Great environment!
