I like the variety of classes and the fact that I can take classes at 7:30 pm.

Instructor of the class never introduced herself to me or even a general comment to everyone in the class with a basic introduction.
I like the professionalism and the warm friendly atmosphere. I just returned to Mat class after having spine surgery and the instructor, Doreen, was excellent at keeping an eye on me and letting me know when I would need to do a modification. I also appreciate that the Doreen has observed me well enough to know that I know my own limits.
One comment I want to add: please either through email or a signage that class participants should wear appropriate attire in class. A woman was in my class who had on a short (waist high) shirt with pantyhose - not opague tights. Her underwear was clearly visible through the tights, which wrre full of runs.

The location in Laurel is very convenient, tidy, and well-equipped with excellent pilates equipment and space. The instructors are really knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The variety of classes is challenging yet fun. The times of the classes work perfectly with my schedule. I also really like the online scheduling system for signing up for the classes - that is essential for me getting my workouts scheduled and into my personal calendar. I look forward to the classes!

The calm, tranquil location and atmosphere of the building location and the class. Also like that I worked out for an hour, but wasn’t sore, or exhausted afterwards. On my first visit, the instructor knew my name before I introduced myself, & she gave individualized attention or suggestion on the proper form.
