Coreworks always leaves me with a good workout but it's more than that. I feel integrated when I leave, like my body is getting oxygen for the very first time in deep tissue. It's become a very important part of my commitment to Radical Self Care (RSC). Each instructor is both highly qualified and has a unique personality. So, it leaves me feeling that I have a place to go where I not only can take care of myself, but where I can be surrounded by others doing the same under very trusting leadership. It's a unique experience and it's changing the quality of my life.

small class size and instructors are very knowledgeable and very nice.

My first class was nice and all of the others in the class plus the instructor made you feel welcome.
Convenience, Program
Friendliness and personal attention to people's needs. Individual instruction tailored to that certain individual. Even if a client is in the gym working, a trainer will advise if they see the need.
I wish that the Columbia location had more early morning classes - tower, reformer, core align, etc. around 6 am/ 7am or so. My work schedule never allows me to come during the day, and often varies at night due to various commitments, so early morning classes would be great! Also, I really enjoyed the jumpboard class that Abril taught, only, now, it seems to be a reformer class - is there anyway to get jumpboard classes back on the schedule?

I like that you guys have group reformer classes relatively close to me. In addition, I like the care all the instructors take to pay attention to and correct form to make sure everyone is doing the exercises in a safe, effective way.

I love the individual assessment and tailoring each session to provide an increase in core strength and both upper and lower body strength.

On another note, At the Laurel location, if clients wouldn't walk in the rooms with their shoes on that would be good. Their shoes might be clean but we lie on the floor etc. to work out. Not so hygienic. Tks

I enjoy the variety of classes and instructors.
I am an active person. I enjoy a challenging workout. I would recommend Pilates Mat to my friends who are not very active or who have injuries. I did not feel like I got much exercise from the class.
In-line Barre in Bel Air has a great Pilates workout on YouTube. I wish Coreworks would have a class like that. Michael's barre class was the closest I found. I am sad he is gone. Please check it out and see if you could find an instructor to offer a barre class like In-line's.
