The service was excellent. Joel, our carpet cleaner was prompt, friendly, efficient and professional. He explained everything up-front. There were no hidden or surprise fees. I liked especially the "no residue" idea. The carpet looked wonderful afterward and even the pet stain was gone. If this is the future of carpet cleaning, then the future is in good hands with zerorez. We would recommend this company to anyone.
I like the idea of using a product that does not leave residue as we always wait as long as possible to clean a new carpet--they always show soil much faster after cleaning, hopefully the carpet doesn't do that.
I thought the customer service was perfect. I don't think it necessarily cleaned my carpets as well as some other companies I've used. There are a few stains that were left behind that I think could come out.
Results are better than shampooing. Carpet is softer and nicer to walk on without residue.

They were clean cut, courteous, honest, polite, attentive, efficient and knowledgeable. It's what I always expect but rarely experience when needing help with a project around the house. What's even better? My carpets have never looked better, I am very pleased with the results.
