We seriously needed our carpets cleaned and heard your advertisement on KMBZ and decided to give you a try. Liked the concept of "Green" and no residue. We have a carpet cleaner, and that's fine for spot cleaning, but it does leave residue and therefore looks dirty in a week. I called on a Tuesday and was able to secure an appointment for that Thursday. Joel was ahead of schedule, courteous, efficient and informative.
I will call Zerorez again, and have already passed the info on to a friend.

It had a clean fresh smell and it left a clean carpet results. My carpet is a very light off white. We have had family get togethers on most holidays and birthdays and I see no stains on the carpet even though I have not had it cleaned for over 2 1/2 years. Great job Steve.

The man who cleaned our carpets was very nice, very professional, explained things thoroughly, answered questions, and got the carpets significantly cleaner than we'd expected. They looked cleaner when they were damp and there are some lingering stains that we can see today, but our dog had really done a number on them. Actually, I think the dog stains came up pretty well - we had one large, red soda stain that did not come up. Everything looks much, much better, though, and we are pleased.

We're very impressed with how clean our carpets are, despite previously having numerous pet stains. One stain in particular had been there for years (despite being professionally cleaned before) and now it's practically invisible! Also, we were given a window of time for when the cleaners would arrive and they came right at the beginning of that time frame. Might not seem like a big deal, but in every experience I've had where I'm given a window of time they show up right at the very END of that time frame. Makes me feel like my time is important to them which is appreciated. We'll definitely use your services in the future.
