The man who cleaned our carpets was very nice, very professional, explained things thoroughly, answered questions, and got the carpets significantly cleaner than we'd expected. They looked cleaner when they were damp and there are some lingering stains that we can see today, but our dog had really done a number on them. Actually, I think the dog stains came up pretty well - we had one large, red soda stain that did not come up. Everything looks much, much better, though, and we are pleased.

We're very impressed with how clean our carpets are, despite previously having numerous pet stains. One stain in particular had been there for years (despite being professionally cleaned before) and now it's practically invisible! Also, we were given a window of time for when the cleaners would arrive and they came right at the beginning of that time frame. Might not seem like a big deal, but in every experience I've had where I'm given a window of time they show up right at the very END of that time frame. Makes me feel like my time is important to them which is appreciated. We'll definitely use your services in the future.

The thing I like best about your product is the fact that there is no chemical left behind on my carpets when you are finished. I know that prior to the "zerorez" process , a residue was a necessary evil of the conventional carpet cleaning process. I take great comfort in the fact that there is nothing on my carpets that can potentially act as a either a magnet for future dirt/dust accumulation or as a potential toxin for my children and pets as they turn my front room into their playground .

And, of course, I am really impressed with how clean the carpets look and feel.
