Some of the worst pet stains came back after other companies had cleaned. The Zerorez rep thought he could get most of the stains out but perhaps not all. That was the case; however he agreed to send another rep back and treat the stains that reappeared. That helped a great deal. The carpet looks the best its been since we got our dog three years ago. Both Reps were courteous, hard working young men. Very pleased with their efforts.

The technician was very courteous as well as knowledgeable regarding the cleaning and maintaining of my carpeted area. He also suggested to include the stairs for a nominal cost since I did not have a three rooms and a hallway to clean.

When the technician left, it didn't smell like cleaner. Even though he had to go over several pet spots multiple times, the floor wasn't soapy feeling or slippery. I was very impressed with how thorough he was! On some stains, some of which I thought would never go away, he got the smell out and greatly reduced a pet stain that had to be over two years old in the home we rent. We've lived there two months so I'm sure I will have you guys again! I was really impressed with your cleaner as well, the spray bottle one. I had a stain that I couldn't get out at all. One treatment and it was gone! The customer service was also top notch. Couldn't ask for a more friendly experience.

I like that it is a green company and that you don't use soap that will cause the carpet to be gummy feeling if you don't get it all out.
