Np harsh chemicals and pretty fast drying time
Professional crew and the carpets looked amazing without being damp and did dry very quickly. There really isn't any leftover residue and the spots that were treated did not return.

The honesty that Steve shared with my husband on the "tour" of our carpet was great. We knew we had high, but realistic, expectations. While our carpet is older, it still looks a LOT better than it did. He was able to get out many of the stains and refresh it back to a much better state.
