The gentleman who cleaned our house was knowledgeable about the product, he went thru the bill ahead of time and my carpets are clean.

The honesty that Steve shared with my husband on the "tour" of our carpet was great. We knew we had high, but realistic, expectations. While our carpet is older, it still looks a LOT better than it did. He was able to get out many of the stains and refresh it back to a much better state.
