Everything was outstanding! Easy to schedule, email confirmation with all details and instructions in writing, punctual and professional, and my carpets looked amazing when they were done! They also reviewed the price over the phone, but then confirmed after reviewing the areas I wanted cleaning once they were here. I expected to be charged larger add-on fees like other cleaners do, but the amount was surprisingly lower than what I have paid with other cleaners. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and will definitely use them again!

I loved the concern of Joel, out carpet cleaner. He went above and beyond and should be a vice president!! He had to come back because a coffee stain came back after it dried and he took care of it....so far:) I love the fact it is all non-toxic...that is my main concern. Good job.
