No residue is left in the carpet. The young man was very professional and courteous. The carpet looks great. There is one spot that did not match the rest of the carpet but it was right in front of the couch and the man explained to me that frize carpet breaks down with wear. I think that is what happened. I was very pleased with the overall service and finished look of the carpet.

The product that was used on the carpet is all natural and really cleaned our carpet well. We have had our carpets cleaned many times in the past, but this product worked the best. Also, everybody at the company is very friendly and helpful.

I was amazed the technician was actually an owner of the company.He was very polite and insisted on wearing "Footies" to eliminate any outside dust from coming in. He explained how everything works and even cleaned the grout and tile in the kitchen and mudroom for a good deal while he was here. Our carpets dried in hours instead of days and they look brand new. He cleaned an area rug that we had cleaned by another company and removed the stains that the other famous carpet cleaning company could not remove.
