Environmentally friendly products. Cleaned carpets better than any other company with harsher chemicals. Takes less time to dry. I attribute this to the amount of time the technician took in retracting the liquid from the carpet. He did an excellent job. I paid a little more than some companies but it was worth it.

The fact that there is supposed to be no chemical residue, it smelled clean after Joel was done, and it did dry in the time we were told it would. I liked being given the bottle of water also.
