Zerorez is great - tech showed up on time, called beforehand and went over the whole job with me prior to starting the cleaning process. This time I had Zerorez clean the carpet of a new home we moved into - there was no visible dirt but the movers had walked all over the carpet and brought in some kind of oil on their shoes. I didn't know who the previous owners used to clean the carpets but I wanted the best to re-clean them. The prices are compatible with other companies and specials too. The quality of the service and the results of the cleaning are superior to all other carpet cleaners we've used in the past. I even gave a recommendation to the cable technician who was at my house during the same time the carpets were cleaned.

This is the second time that I have used Zerorez and 100% satisfied each time. All the odors and stains on my carpets were cleaned without any residue and they look brand new. They come on time and depart on time. I'm a completely satisfied customer.
