The technician was friendly and asked if I had any questions. I showed him a couple of problems spots and he paid extra attention to them. He worked quickly and diligently and our carpets look great. The tech was efficient. We had grease tracked throughout the office and we thought it would be 50% better at best. The tech paid special attention to those grease stains and they are 95% gone. I can say that we are beyond please with the service and the price!!

Excellent customer service
The product is great because there's no residue left behind. The service person called 30 minutes ahead of the arrival time so you know when to expect them. It only took about 30 minutes to clean carpet in four rooms. The carpet looks great. All the stains are gone. Price is reasonable.
