Safe, clean, they work

Shane did a great job, was on time, polite, and explained the process well. The carpet looked great and even the dog’s favorite “accident” room smelled so much better. A real plus was that the carpet only took a few hours to dry using a couple fans. I have hated the companies that leave the carpet sopping wet for days.

Cleaned very well with no harsh chemicals

The technician was knowledgeable and professional. I appreciated his pointing out areas that needed additional cleaning that I couldn't see. The carpets feel and smell so much fresher. I did have one area of deep cleaning that wasn't successful. Either the cat found the spot again immediately after the cleaning - or the smell just couldn't find its way out. I've since removed that piece of carpet & pad and I have no smell remaining. I love ZeroRez and will use you again!

The two cleaners were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. It was amazing to watch the majority of our spots disappear (minus the paint ones!)! We work with a lot of small children so knowing the process was nontoxic, quick drying, and natural was First name removed added bonus.

Very professional, polite. All carpets they cleaned look great and also were able to remove a few tough peanut butter stains in basement carpet (long story, don't ask) and dirt on basement stairs. Worked steadily the whole time.

The crew is always courteous, keeps us informed when they are arriving and ALWAYS on time. They do a fantastic cleaning job and are informed about their services and products they use. Our carpets always look great! With 2 dogs it's a monumental undertaking to keep up with clean carpets.

he did a great job, but the last guy put my light furniture I left in the room on foam blocks and got under it. This guy did not.
