This was our first time using ZeroRez at the office. Not only did the technician call to let us know he was on his way, he showed up BEFORE the appointment window! The technician was friendly and asked if I had any questions. I showed him a couple of problems spots and he paid extra attention to them. He worked quickly and diligently and our carpets look great.
