The carpet is cleaned well, it dries quickly, and the carpet is "raked" so that brush marks don't remain.

The two(2) men used shoe coverings and were able to clean a rug we had in our storage room and bring it upstairs to the deck for drying. Saved us a lot of of work. They did an excellent job on the rest of our carpeting.

The most important reason that I chose Zerorez was for the environmental friendly treatment and using a solution that enhances the cleaning water to release dirt from our flooring. You are correct when you state that there is 'no residue remaining on the carpet' that attracts dirt to accumulate over time on the carpet fibers. We have used Zerorez 3-4x over the years and will continue their services in the future. We happily refer family and friends, as well.
