Most importantly, your product is incredibly restorative cream cleansing to all carpet. But I love that it’s mostly water free, so no drying time. And my technician, Shane, was very helpful and friendly and extremely efficient

The carpets are clean —where they cleaned. They addressed some problem areas. That was very good.
However, I had a few side tables that were not cleaned under— even though I had removed everything off of all tables in all rooms. I should have been given better instructions on how to prepare for the cleaning service. My husband was home and available. If he had known they weren’t going to clean under certain tables and chairs, he could have moved them. If I had been home, I would have said something.

Love how quickly it dries and once post-vacuumed, leaves a soft carpet
We had never had ducts cleaned before. It has made a huge difference in the air quality of our new home. When we purchased it, the previous owners had animals in the house and there was hair and dander everywhere.
10/10 recommend getting your ducts cleaned.
