The staff who came to our home for both the duct cleaning and carpet cleaning were very professional and polite. We have used Zerorez several times for carpet cleaning and found the results to be consistently good, so we tried the duct cleaning. We like the before and after photos along with the video of the cleaning as it occurred.

Shawn was extremely informative and professional, explaining every step. He was thorough and precise and did a wonderful job of cleaning up afterward. My airducts also sound better- a side effect i had not expected.

We own rental property and I asked my wife to make arrangements to have the carpets cleaned. She mistakenly made arrangements with a different company that we had used several years ago, not remembering that we had changed to Zerorez. The company that she made the arrangements with gave a window of time in the morning to do the cleaning. By early afternoon, the company had never called. I called the company to inquire where they were and I was give a weak reason. I cancelled the cleaning and called Zerorez to see what they could do for us. I explained the deadlines we were facing with our rental property and that new tenants were taking possession in 4 days. Zerorez came through like a champion and was out the next afternoon. The team that was sent was professional, got right to work and did an outstanding job on the carpets. We will always remember the responsiveness of Zerorez and will always use them on all cleaning needs we will have.

The young man that cleaned our carpet did an excellent job - much better than previous services including one with huge brand-recognition. He was polite, thorough, careful with furniture and woodwork, and just generally quite professional. Whatever solution Zerorez uses also seems to be very effective. Very positive experience.
