Clean, beautiful new theater. Loved the self-serve popcorn, and the friendliness/helpfulness of the staff. They even made my mom a bucket of no-salt popcorn for her since she has high blood pressure! Thank you for the extra TLC. :) We'll go back!

I enjoyed having an alcoholic drink while watching the movie, along with the popcorn and having to relax by using he reclining chair.
West lakes is our favorite theater because we always have a great experience there and enjoy the amenities it has to offer. When at all possible we choose this theater location.

The movie we watched was in one of the smaller auditoriums which was nice. Our seats and tables were in great shape. I always like the popcorn and the bar service.
I appreciate the military and senior discounts, the Monday Veteran's pricing too. I've been part of the loyalty program for 10 years or more. The Palladium is near my house, but would be my go-to cinema even if it was farther away.
My husband and I love to go to the Embassy location in the middle of the week during the day when it’s not too crowded. The staff is friendly and it is always clean. Wish we could afford to go more often!

The theatre was clean and staff was friendly. What I didn’t like was that the pretzel was super hard and not edible. I was afraid it would crack my teeth. Never ordering one again. That was ridiculous and a little disappointed with my order.
