It’s clean & the food is good
Westlakes Location is probably my most favorite location I do wish to voice some suggestions more solutions for ICEES and a better concession ordering area it gets very close and not much room to move.
other than that customer service is great and friendly I did notice on last visit I had to tell them my rewards when asking about points to use but was told they could not add them because the transaction was already made.
I was not asked prior to and was not offered to use them.

Love this theater..we go at least 1 to 2 times a weak..
The person who assisted me at Santikos was friendly and efficient, popcorn and drinks were ready and very easy for me to get, the theater was clean and pleasant, sound was great, and staff cleaning up afterward were friendly and cheerful!
The staff is very polite and helpful, the place is is clean and well maintained, and getting free stuff just for signing up is crazy 🤪. Love the place.

Well I love the movies of course. The staff are very nice & friendly. But while I love & recommend tge theater there are some things that need improvement like we barely have any of the food a regular santikos offers. Also the Nachos was better when it was the Grand not sure why you took our Chilli & cheese away. But as a state that is known for good food your little salt free chips & premade cup of cheese ain't cutting it in Louisiana we need Flavor baby. So as much as I love the theater the food has definitely gone down from when it was the grand cause the Grand before ya'll got it had that banging nacho with Chilli & cheese. But I'm just a customer what do I know right
